Return and Refund Policy

We have a 2-week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@yorkmiller.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address where you'll send your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll make every effort to stop the process before your order is prepared or shipped. However, once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel. In that case, you’ll still have the option to request a return once your package arrives. Our team will guide you through the next steps and make sure everything goes smoothly.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to review the issue promptly and make it right as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue when reaching out—photos are always helpful to speed up the process.


Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for eligible items, making it easy to get the right fit or style. You’ll only need to cover the delivery cost for the replacement item. To start an exchange, please contact us at info@yorkmiller.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions to ensure a smooth and quick exchange.

 

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. As long as your return meets our standard policy requirements, you’ll receive your refund or exchange in full—no hidden charges or deductions. Every returned item is carefully inspected and restocked with care, ensuring quality standards are maintained without passing any additional costs on to you.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
