Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

During peak seasons or in cases such as incomplete payment or insufficient address details, processing may take slightly longer.

If any issue arises, our team will reach out to you via email to ensure a smooth delivery process.


Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) are processed the same business day.

Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day. This may extend the estimated delivery time by one business day.


Handling & Transit Time

United States:

    • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
    • Transit Time: 2–12 business days
    • Estimated Total Delivery: 3–15 business days

International:

    • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
    • Transit Time: 2–12 business days
    • Estimated Total Delivery: 3–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays may occasionally extend transit times.

While such circumstances are outside our control, we will make every effort to keep you updated on your shipment’s status.

United States:

    • Orders $0.01 – $99.99 → $4.99 shipping
    • Orders $100 and above → Free shipping

International:

    • Orders $0.01 – $99.99 → $5.99 shipping
    • Orders $100 and above → Free shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the customer’s responsibility.

York Miller cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities. The release of packages from customs is determined solely by the destination country’s customs agency.


Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, York Miller is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact the carrier directly first to open an investigation. We will always assist where possible to resolve the issue.
